Agreement
These Terms govern your use of takebiz.space and your communications with Medanit. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into a project. Paid services are governed by the proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement accepted by the parties.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another party’s rights. Website materials are owned by or licensed to Medanit and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Medanit SMS programs
When you separately select an optional SMS consent checkbox, you authorize recurring text messages from Medanit at the mobile number provided. Transactional messages may concern your inquiry, proposals, appointments, reminders, and related service updates. Marketing messages may include service updates, offers, and promotions and require the separate marketing consent checkbox.

Availability and disclaimers
The website and messaging programs are provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, Medanit disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.
